What a pool! I went there to meet an American expat friend. I got there at 7:15 AM. It was 15 MRT (metro) stops and another 9 BTS (skytrain) stops. Took an hour!
Something so simple - fried rice with seafood - yet so good.
Next up was a 90-minute massage.

The man who sat next to me was friendly. He ended up wanting me to follow him to a tailor where he said I could get a great deal on a suit. He might have been genuine and sincere, but there are scams in Thailand where you end up feeling forced to buy something you don't need and the person arranging it gets a nice commission. Didn't go with him. He possibly is a great person, but in a situation like this it's best to be very cautious.
Hand sanitizer is everywhere in Bangkok.
Right through there is Central Pinklao shopping mall.
