Bird's Eye Chilies

A cousin told me about the Bamboo Industry in Alabama.  She also told me about a friend who was growing olives on a farm north of Henry County (AL).

I responded by sharing something I learned about spicy food in Thailand.

And the hottest pepper in Thailand, so popular in their cuisine for centuries, was introduced by Spanish maritime traders who had "discovered" this spicy delicacy in Mexico! (2012)
