When you travel, if you have the time, it's so important to build in some recovery days. That could mean washing clothes, doing something in the neighborhood, perhaps just lounging by the pool, getting a massage, or even just hanging out at the house or hotel. In a city like Bangkok, it's essential. Otherwise, you will get worn-out, fast.

Got a couple of take-home dishes here. One was sweet pork.
After the park, we went to Central Pinklao, a large mall near Kade's home. We walked around Topps Supermarket to find some things for dinner. We also were going there for some premium-grade durian.

Thailand has a lot of yummy grilled meats: chicken, pork, seafood, you name it.
This is where we bought our durian.
It was very good indeed!
