Steamed Tapioca with Sweet Coconut Cream
Kade purchased this dessert just out on the soi (small road) near her family home, then brought it upstairs and placed on a wooden stool next to the desk where I was working. How lovely! It's one of my favorites. In Thai it's called Mun Chuem.
