If you are in Asia (certainly Bangkok) long enough, spirit houses will soon catch your eye. The first one I truly noticed was at The Jim Thompson House Museum. Recently, one evening when Kade and I were eating some late-night jok in a restaurant on Soi Thonglor, I looked down and saw this colorful spirit house. What I regard as mere superstition, many Asians place a lot of importance on. Humans are funny in that way, aren't they?!?
