In 2017, Kade and I had drinks at the rooftop bar on the left. It's the Millennium Hilton Bangkok. The two towers on the right were not even a third of the way up when we were there. The two towers and the luxury mall (Iconsiam) cost $1.5 billion US. See the gold dome building in the distance. That's State Tower, where Hangover II was filmed.
