Kade gave me this clock as a birthday gift in 2000. She was working on in secretly, using a shop in the Victory Monument area of Bangkok. And I am pretty sure we were eating a bowl noodles (street food) when she surprised me with it. I then took it back to the USA a few days later, and shared it with everyone - photo one. I then brought it back to Bangkok and kept it my first apartment - photo two. Unfortunately, the Thailand heat ended up causing the paper backing to fade.
