Asalaam Alaikum

Khiva is a cultural and historical gem. It's a 2500 year old Uzbek city that is now a World Heritage Site. Khiva is also the hometown of one of my friends, Bekchan. He and his wife are in image one. I would imagine that somewhere on the streets of Khiva I could find my favorite Uzbek dishes: pilaf, shashlik and samsa.
