It's also commonly called the Sunday Night Market.
That's a latte and a delicious slice of Basque cheesecake with the Old City Chiang Mai Gate in view.
Loving this coffee shop (Koff & Things) at the front of the soi (small lane) leading to our hotel.

No durian!
We walked 4.4 miles (7.08 km).
A friend back home asked how we enjoyed the Sunday Walking Street. Here's my reply:
We said we have never experienced a night market like this anywhere. It's basically Bele Chere (Asheville's once annual weekend festival that's now history) × 10 with better food, better products, more people, and it's every single Sunday, in the historic part of the old city, where you can enter temples and eat on temple grounds. Unbelievable.
