This is not my video.....but it's a good review of Fishmonger.
We walked by this Thai dessert spot. Looked interesting, but we kept on walking until we found a cafe more to our liking. I needed some coffee and dessert.
This will do!
Basque Cheesecake
When I shared these Basque Cheesecake photos, a friend who knew I had been visiting Asia assumed I had moved on to Spain. Truly. Funny. I took it as a compliment! They could imagine me anywhere.
We then left and walked to the BTS.
We needed to get to Galleria 10 Hotel Bangkok. There was another rooftop bar to check off the list: Nomad. If you like a very no-frills rooftop bar with ho-hum views, Nomad is for you. I can see it working for expats in the area who might just want a place to hang out for an evening. But to be honest, the place needs a little upgrade.
My beer was refreshing!
Once done, we were back on the BTS. This time we were going to a new high-end rooftop bar.

According to my calamari expert, this was the best.

I took the MRT home.
