An e-mail to a harp-playing friend in 2020
You and I need to co-write a book - perhaps a children's book or maybe one for adults - about a magical harp, that when played well for a period of time, would transport you to amazing parts of the world to see things only others could dream of. Suddenly you would be entertaining crowds in public spaces, like from balconies in Spain and Italy or a Tokyo subway platform. And then at the end of the set or song, you'd vanish. You'd either be back at home for a visit (until ready to travel again) or move directly to a new, exciting destination. What's gained in the end: spreading joy through music, and opening your mind and the minds of others.
