In the evening, I took the bicycle to the Monday Night Market on back beach road. If you desire a local vibe, it's hard to beat. I scored some durian and some other interesting foods.
When I had an opportunity, I took photos of spirit houses.
I was craving a taste.
The lady who worked this stand was from a region of Southern Thailand known for its fried chicken. Her stand was over by the 7-11 - just down the road from
the night market .
I purchased some limes to give to someone.
Took it back to the cottage. Perfect weather. Nice breeze.
Later that evening, at the front desk, I made a new friend.
