"White Dragon" is not the name of this temple. When I come up with the correct name, I'll share it.
I took a photo of this drawing inside of the restaurant where we had dinner.
Signs can be funny!
Really, though, the day's main focus was going to the restaurant Kum Sang Dao, which was 30 minutes outside of town. It's where we went for an early lunch. For well over a year, I had this restaurant on my mind. I discovered it by watching this Mark Wiens video. We used GRAB (Asian Uber) to get there and back. Highly recommend GRAB.
We ordered the Mixed Grill Platter (ears, snout, cheek + more normal cuts), Fermented Sour Pork covered w/ Egg, Northern Thai Sausage, another dish (I think Laab) and sticky rice. It was all good. Not sure if it's worth the journey there. Up to you. Just show up with an appetite! There's great food all over Chiang Mai.
