While out on the rooftop, I helped a guy from the UK with his rooftop bar list.  He just arrived yesterday.  He also wanted to know where he could get a professional massage.  I gave him some tips.

Starlight Rooftop Bar had a very beautiful lobby.  The outside area was way too hot.  My thinking is that Starlight is more ideal for a bit before sunset, and then after dark.  

Although my mocktail and the prawn crackers were good, I ordered some fried calamari that left me "scratching my head."

I needed to get to Yao Rooftop Bar before sunset.  Luckily, it was just down Surawong Rd.  I will say, I did everything in my power to coordinate my visits to rooftop bars in a fashion that enabled to experience as many as possible.  Google Maps and my overall knowledge of Bangkok made it pretty easy!

I had been thinking about Yao Rooftop Bar for a few years.  Overall, I was pleased.  The manager, a young man from Amsterdam, came over and greeted me.  We had an interesting chat.

I ordered a real drink with some alcohol.  It was very good!

Don't recall if this was the BTS or MRT.  I used both of them many times to get back home.  The system is very efficient!
