I started at Sathorn Pier. I took the public ferry to the Marine Dept, then started walking.
River City Art & Antiques is filled with amazing antiques, art, various classy shops and restaurants. The antiques were mind-boggling.
When I was walking around River City, I was approached by six college students - all girls. They wanted to interview me for a class project. They were giggling, smiling and shy.....the way good girls of Thailand are raised to be. It made me think of years ago with kade and teaching. They only asked me three questions. Two of the students subscribed to my youtube channel, so maybe they will reach out.

Up next was the Royal Orchid Sheraton. I really wanted to go inside it since my former Asheville neighbor had stayed there with his wife way in the eighties. He always enjoys talking about that trip to Asia.
I saw this shop and thought of my former colleague at AUA: Hassan Abdullah.
After getting a sensational massage at a familiar place, I had walked down to the Jok (congee) restaurant that I also enjoyed before.
I finally found this temple. Unfortunately, it was not open.
I then went back to the Bangrak Food Market.
Mango!
