On our visit to South Korea, one of the dishes I immediately fell in love with was Cold Noodles. It seems like we tried the one with buckwheat noodles only. However, we did visit the Southern coastal city, Busan, where the variety featured here is a big favorite. And I am guessing we tried it as well.
