This is obviously an aerial view of Bangkok. The river is the Chao Phraya. 
This is called the Industrial Ring Road or Outer Ring Road Bridge. You may be able to spot it in the aerial photo (once you enlarge it). This project took 5 years to build and is a sight to behold.
